All mortgage and insurance requirements are fully compliant with the regulatory requirements in the country in which the property is located, as well as in the country the buyer is located.

The African diaspora client must be a resident or citizen of the country of mortgage origination to qualify for a mortgage. They must be employed or have a regular income. Credit and other checks will be undertaken through our regulated and licensed partners, in the country of origination
Our finance partners currently work with and procure mortgages from Ecobank, ABSA, CABs bank and FDH
